This service is flagged as support only and is in the process of being retired. No new web services should be created that directly use WebAuth authentication. New web services should instead look either CAS or Shibboleth authentication.
Basic web authentication services
WebAuth was Stanford's implementation of the Kerberos protocol within user-agents. The project has ceased support/development from Stanford. At UVM WebAuth is being replaced by Shibboleth and CAS authentication services.
